Recently I swapped offices in the area, and I'm back in Medford, MA. Its crazy the differences that can exist in managers, clientele, employees that can be in a company like enterprise. And even more crazy is that the smallest differences can make a huge impact on how the office works. Yet, at the end of the day, we all are trying to do the same things, using the same tactics and motivations. For example: drawing cards for time off. Started in the woo, carried over to mefah'. How sweet it is to pull that card and leave the office in the dust.
