There's no place like home

I thought of home a few times today. First, because this U-haul with Arizona plates cut me off just to wait to turn left in front of me. Bummer, I know.

Secondly because I found out that my bank from Tucson (I continued with my first checking and credit accounts that are based in Az once I moved out here, for emergency purposes,  while setting up New England bank accounts, but forgot about my original accounts because I never use them) sent me to collections for an outstanding balance of $9 from September on which I defaulted. For whatever reason I used this random old credit card for lunch one day and didn't think about it since. I also failed to update my address and phone number with the bank, which compounded the problem, I'm sure. Anyways, my credit card was then canceled on the basis of bad credit and I was charged $31  in late fees. Congratulations, Amy! You're a deadbeat.

Still love my home sweet home though! Can't wait till February when I can experience Az in only the most positive of lights.
