This photo is from January 12 in balmy Woburn, MA. Its finally beginning to feel like winter with cold temperatures and snow falling. Yet, still there is nothing sticking to the ground as you can see, and nothing in the forecast for this trend to change. I horses I'll take it! The only down side is the weather is not cooperating for the winter sports I love so much. Since I'm not quite an advanced rider, I need a lot of good snow on the ground to attempt my runs down the mountain. But since there isn't much snow where I live and work, I don't really need to get away from that to play in the stuff, so like I said, I'm ok with our New England weather for now, however crazy it is.
